Blondie T-Shirt. Chris Stein is best known as song writer and guitarist for Blondie a band he formed with Debbie Harry in 1974. Blondie and were a major influence on the New Wave and Punk movements in New York but despite their success overseas they remanned underground in the USA until they released Parallel Lines in 1978.
